These notes will be added to as I think of more stuff. The user integration is more of a synchronization than full integration. If a user is created in Mambo, then it will be cloned in Open-Realty, and vice-versa. Some Hints, Tips, and Recommendations: You can create and edit users via either the Mambo or Open-Realty user managers. The same goes for front-end registration. MamboOR will keep the users synchronized between the two applications. If creating (or editing) a user via Mambo, that user will be duplicated in Open-Realty when that user logs on and clicks a MamboOR menu item. As Open-Realty contains many custom fields, many of them will remain blank after the user is created. If creating a user via Open-Realty that user will be duplicated in Mambo immediately. As Open-Realty only records the users login name, but not their real name, the Mambo Name and UserId fields will both contain the Open-Realty login name (userdb_user_name). Use the Mambo Login and Logout facilities if possible and set the visibility of MamboOR menu items to Registered if they require the user to login. For example, all Open-Realty admin pages, Saved Searches, View Favourite Listings. Deleting or disabling a user via the Mambo user manager will not delete the user in Open-Realty. However, deleting a user in via the Open-Realty user manager will delete the user from Mambo. User Levels (currently hardcoded and not configurable) Mambo Registered User => OR Member Mambo Author, Editor, Publisher => OR Agent Mambo Manager, Admin, Super Admin => OR Admin
